I removed all of my submissions.

For those of you who don't follow me on FA, I'm essentially "re-branding" my artwork for personal reasons. Anything that had the previous "Electric Serge" brand I will users to please remove and replace those old artworks with my new ones. It will take a little while to get all my art back up on DeviantART, but I will try to get it up in due time. 

I hope this way I can be more professional and keep my business going better than ever.

Update on Situation + Commissions

Good evening deviants.

It is with a heavy heart that I say I have endured an emotional hell. While I don't care to share specifics, know that I am now single and I had my heart broken. However, an old friend has decided to step up to the plate, and while I may be hurting, he has given me a stable home to sleep and work in. I am recovering slowly but surely, and I know I will be fine in time.

So. I am aware I have a decently large list of commissions I owe, and YES, each and EVERY one that I said I would do, WILL be drawn. If anyone is too frustrated with me to wait any longer, I understand, but please talk to me first to arrange a refund instead of charge backing me. I currently lack funds to be able to refund right away but I will work on getting a little fund going in case anyone decides to cancel their commission. Termination fees still apply.

I will be updating my TOS as well for 2015 to reflect some changes as well as protect my assets. Please be sure to give it a read if you consider commissioning me in the future (will release a journal when it is published)

I am hoping 2015 brings me a better year. This year has been very tough and I was not prepared to deal with it in the slightest. Know I will be okay. Feel free to drop me a message if you have questions.

The person owning the new account CLAIMS to be the same individual but MAY NOT BE.

Seems like she/he/it has intentions of just screaming "wah bullshit wah, I'm going to kill myself", though I doubt she will since people who open state that they are going to kill themselves, generally don't.

(not that I am okay with suicide - but this girl is obviously just being a dumb ass and crying for attention)

So just thought I'd pass this on for anyone else who was impacted by Pixlett/Toxic, incase we find this person really is the same.

Well~

Guess who woke up this morning to see their PayPal account -40.00 USD AND loosing the charge back case? Me! This concerns me as I've heard :iconwitchpaws: has also lost her case, due to "not being protected by Paypal". Yes, for those of you who don't know, PayPal's seller protection does NOT cover digital goods at ALL. So because of this, I'm out $20 (thank god they reversed the other $20) due to this dickhead utilizing PayPal's loopholes and fucking us over. I'm going to seriously have to rethink my Terms Of Service, and a lot of others of you should too.

I don't know what has to be wrong with you to be so blind as to deny us our rightful money back, as it's blatantly obvious that whoever was using "Jake Hrasch"'s PayPal account had full intention to use it for scadolous purposes, with INTENT TO FRAUD.

Guys, if you haven't already told witchpaws or I about your case with Pixlett, PLEASE do so. We need to start collecting legal statements about how this person stole money from you -- ESPECIALLY from those of you who gave them the item and then were scammed.

The sooner you do this, the better. The more solid evidence we have, well, it may help WitchPaws in the future, if she decides to take them to court, since she had such a large amount stolen from her.
